Strategic Planning, regular Team Reviews, Coaching and accountability. The Team Performance Program will boost team cohesion, build clarity around team goals and help to establish standards and behaviours. We also schedule regular health checks to keep the team on track. All of this helps the manager implement a framework that will get results.

 

If you choose the 12 Month program, it includes:

  • Initial Off-Site (1-2 days) – Building team vision and strategy and developing a common approach to the way the team works together. This workshop will dramatically improve productivity and cohesion
  • Monthly accountability meetings – These happen for the first three months to build momentum and make sure actions are on track. We are also able to address potential roadblocks to the plans developed at the initial off-site
  • Quarterly Strategic Workshops – Helping people think more strategically and overcome obstacles that arise around team behaviours, standards and key focus areas. These half-day workshops help keep the team focused and motivated
  • Leadership Coaching – for the team leader to help them manage the team most effectively (you may also want to see the page on Coaching Programs for more info)
